      It's Golf time!!

We are a FUN golf group- we are not all great golfers, just enjoying the sport, friends and the outdoors.

We will be playing 'Pay as you Go' which means you can come to any one or all the dates. No prior commitments more than 1-2 weeks in advance. They are county courses, we play 9 holes and all the courses have carts available if you want one.

We can't make reservations until 2 weeks prior, so can't confirm that we have that park or time slot until reservations are made. So, if you are interested, please call, text or email me and I will let you know for sure where we are playing. We will be starting on June 4th and will most likely golf on Tuesdays.

We try to start at 5:20 pm or as close to that as I can get and then after golf get together for drinks/food and bragging rights about how great we all did (LOL)!

Let me know if you are interested and I will send you a tentative schedule and add you to the weekly email list with confirmations of the site and time.

      Please email me:

      Bike and Barge

      Provence & Camargue, France

      September 6 to September 13, 2025

Many of our Sitzmark bikers from the Wednesday night group expressed an interest in doing a European destination bike trip. We looked at options and began discussions with Girolibero, a barge operator who offers cycling holidays in France.

We have a barge reserved and need to determine the interest club members would have in this trip prior to making a 25% deposit to hold the barge.

Please take a look at the trip details and email bikeandbarge@sitzmark.org on your interest level or comments by March 24th

If you prefer to call please contact John Graff 414 403-3478 or Mark Harris 414 453-6914 with additional questions.

CLICK IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THE TRIP AND WOULD LIKE MORE INFORMATION

Below are some of the details of the trip to help you determine if you have an interest.

The Camargue is a coastal region in southern France located south of the city of Arles, between the Mediterranean Sea and the two arms of the Rhône river delta. The eastern arm is called the Grand Rhône; the western is the Petit Rhône. It constitutes western Europe's largest river delta.

An exciting bike and boat vacation in the South of France in the footsteps of Van Gogh. Pedal along enchanting routes in the peaceful Provençal countryside and be enveloped by the wild nature of the Camargue. Ride through beautiful villages with typical French character and discover as you go the history of this magnificent region. A comfortable riverboat welcomes you at night, with good food, wine and the pleasure of conviviality.
